ProFormance Lube Center opened in the Spring of 1999.  From a customer standpoint.... There were many aspects of the quick lube industry and how they treated their customers we did not like.  We implemented programs and company policies to correct these business practices that have been used for years by our competitors.

Our trade mark "We're changing the way oil is changed" was born.  We strive everyday to make your experience with us the best that it can possibly be.

All of our Management Team and Team Members constantly receive training on how to better perform their job tasks.  Not only is performing the services to vehicles correctly important, so is customer service.  Too often customer service is missing from the service industry.  This is something we strive to perfect.

Since we opened we have been diligent in providing the best service possible at a very reasonable price.  We have built our business on the foundation of being honest and only suggesting the services that vehicles really need. 

We were surprised to find that some Quick Lubes and Service Centers will base their employees wages on what extra services they were able to up-sell their customers.   We don't believe this is a good foundation to building a business.
